Perfect for the child who loves construction machines. Easy to understand sentences. Filled with action verbs and colorful pictures. A must-read!! Classic and still relevant for today's kids.

Vibrant colours and simple illustrations for young children. My son loved all the books in this series.

Very bold images. But my son preferred "Dig, Dig, Diggers" (we read it every night for months until we had to return it. I give Machines at Work a "B"

Cute book that my toddler loves. Favorite part of the book is when the workers stop for lunch.
