Add a CommentMonkeys and monkey-like creatures are like Elvis: Either you love them or hate them. We skipped over the damn things and their vulgar de-licing activities and what was left was magnificent in the best BBC-Attenborough tradition. The baby seals of New Zealand that head over to a special protected waterfall pool to practise swimming is the best bit, in our view. The BBC must agree as they use it in promotionals. They've really got the wildlife formula down and happily no globalist eco-shaming lectures in this one.
What a delight to find a NEW series with none other than Sir David Attenborough narrating! I had no idea that there was anything new apart from Planet Earth 2! YAY! I'm so glad the library gets these in!
As always, this was a wonderfully presented series! I can't say enough good things about the BBC or Attenborough -- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Disc kept skipping...no many scratches. Wished people would take care of these disc and not abuse them.
What amazing diversity we have on our tiny planet.beautiful landscapes & animals. Very detailed information about the struggles each has from conception to adulthood.
