Decent book, worth reading. But, the former commentator is right. If you state Gretzky's hometown is Brampton, Ontario, rather than Brantford, that's a major editing problem. Still, good read, but would have been nicer to see more perspectives on this Canada Cup (such as Ray Bourque in particular), rather than just merely the Edmonton Oiler players who played in it, towards which this is heavily slanted.
I didn't even finish it. The author repeatedly states that Wayne Gretzky is from Brampton, Ontario. Any Canadian with a remote knowledge of Wayne Gretzky knows he is from Brantford. How can you devote time to a book where it is clear the author doesn't know his facts.
