Foo Fighters are at it again. This album is full of rip roaring guitars, gritty vocal chords, and more attitude than you can shake a stick at.
I wish the lyrics were a little deeper, but there is some really solid musical work here. If you're an older fan, it may not scratch the itch for things that sound like "My Hero," "Monkey Wrench," or "One by One." But what is here is certainly worth a listen.
A good album from the Foo Fighters. I prefer their softer sounds versus their grungier works which is why I like the back half (tracks 8-10 are great stuff) of this album better than the front half. That said, I loved the opening riff of track 3's "Make it Right" and I liked 4: "The Sky is a Neigborhood" overall.
